A Lecture Series from JPCatholic.
The challenge was to translate a deeply philosophical idea, beauty as understood through the teachings of Pope John Paul II, into a visual identity that felt both contemporary and reverent. Early on, I realized that leaning too heavily into traditional religious aesthetics risked making the lecture series feel distant to a modern audience. Instead, I focused on creating a balance: a refined color palette and minimal visual language that could carry both clarity and depth. Every design decision was guided by the question of how to make an abstract, faith-driven concept feel accessible, resulting in a system that feels thoughtful, modern, and grounded in meaning.
